Verbiclabs ("we", "us") is a small team based in Lahore, Pakistan. We set up automated replies and follow-ups for med spas. This page explains what information we collect on verbiclabs.com and on our demo site (glow-aesthetics-demo.vercel.app), what we do with it, and how to get it deleted.

What we collect

When you visit verbiclabs.com: anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics (for example which page was viewed and the country). We don't use advertising cookies and we don't build profiles of visitors.
When you email us or book a call: your name, email address, your business name and whatever you choose to tell us.
When you use the demo form (Glow Aesthetics, a fictional spa we built): first name, email, optional phone number, the treatment you picked, your question and your preferred time. Please don't enter medical or health details.

How we use it

To reply to you, send the free audit you asked for, and follow up about it.
On the demo, to show how the system works: an AI writes a reply to your question and it's emailed to the address you entered, so you can see it arrive.
To understand, in aggregate, which pages people use.

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

Services that process it for us

Vercel hosts both sites and provides the anonymous page statistics.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that demo-form visitors are human.
Make.com runs the demo automation.
Anthropic (Claude) writes the demo reply from what you typed.
Google (Gmail and Google Sheets) sends the demo reply and keeps a log of demo submissions.
Calendly handles bookings if you schedule a call with us.

These companies may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Demo form submissions are deleted within 30 days. Emails and call notes with prospects and clients are kept while we're talking or working together, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

Email hello@verbiclabs.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll reply within 7 days.

For med spas we work with: client automations only collect name, contact details, treatment interest and availability. We never ask for health history, and the AI never gives medical advice.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
